Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Provide exceptional patient care and maintain strong patient relationships

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations
• Provide excellent patient care and maintain strong patient relationships
• Provide patient counseling on prescription and non-prescription medications in accordance with the standards of practice and provincial regulatory requirements.
• Manage pharmacy workflow, staffing schedules, and team performance
• Monitor and manage pharmacy inventory efficiently
• Ensure proper staffing levels and operational efficiency
• Administer injections and support clinical services
• Perform related pharmacy services as required – including MedChecks
• Maintain compliance with provincial and federal pharmacy regulations
