• Lead as Designated Manager for the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with NSCP regulations and Loblaw SOPs.

• Oversee daily operations: prescription processing, inventory, and clinical services to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor labour, inventory, and compliance metrics; conduct regular team huddles and reviews.
