Loblaw Companies Limited in Canada seeks a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription production and deliver exceptional service to Pharmacy customers. In this role you will receive prescriptions, maintain patient and drug files, verify products, prepare labels, manage stock, and assist in growing prescription and OTC sales.

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacy technician certification and active registration.
• High level of professionalism and confidential handling.
• Ability to perform moderately complex procedures.
• Strong communication with coworkers, physicians and customers.

Responsabilités

• Receive prescriptions and gather necessary information.
• Maintain patient and drug information files.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare prescription labels and affix labels to containers.
• Reconciling accounts and collecting outstanding monies from patients when necessary.
• Retrieve, count, pour, weigh, measure, mix and reconstitution of medications.
• Stock medications and related supplies, rotate and monitor stock.
• Maintain perpetual inventory system in Kroll.
• Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality.
• Support growth of prescription and OTC sales.
