Loblaw Companies Limited in Moncton, NB is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to aid the pharmacy in prescription production and provide optimal customer service. You will participate in growing prescription and OTC sales within a health and wellness framework.

Key responsibilities include accurate prescription processing, patient data management, inventory control and maintaining confidentiality, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacy technician certification and active registration with the appropriate pharmacy association.
• High level of professionalism and customer service focus.
• Ability to implement practical procedures of systems which are moderately complex.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication with coworkers, supervisors, suppliers and customers.

Responsabilités

• Receive customer prescriptions and gather all necessary information.
• Maintain patient and drug information files.
• Check pharmaceutical products prepared by others for accuracy.
• Prepare prescription labels and container labeling.
• Reconcile accounts and collect outstanding payments as needed.
• Retrieve, count, pour, weigh, measure, mix and reconstitute medications.
• Stock medications and related supplies; rotate and monitor stock.
• Maintain perpetual inventory in Kroll and ensure customer privacy.
