Loblaw Companies Limited in Canada is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. You will receive, prepare and deliver prescriptions accurately, manage inventory, and counsel patients to support safe, effective care.

The role reports to the Pharmacy Manager and emphasizes friendly service, compliance with licenses, and continuous learning. We offer comprehensive training, benefits, and opportunities to advance within Loblaw's Health & Wellness programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license a must.
Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
Excellent leadership and performance management skills required.
Proven ability to build the business using community based marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving skills including the experience formulating and executing action plans.
Strong personal computing skills and Healthwatch Pharmacy Computer system knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and timely to patients.
Ensure medication and over the counter supplements inventory levels are adequate to meet patients’ needs.
Counsel patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly, proactive manner.
Create awareness and educate customers through public relations.
Provide timely resolution to patients’ needs and doctors’ requests.
Review and control costs within the pharmacy (dispensary).
Provide ongoing training for all Pharmacy colleagues.
