PurposeMed is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Afffirming Care Pharmacy in Mississauga, ON. You will lead daily operations, supervise pharmacists, technicians and assistants, and ensure patient-centered care.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Pharmacy Operations, you will optimize workflows, manage inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements across the pharmacy team to deliver inclusive care for North American patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharm-D and active pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations and manage the team.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Manage scheduling to cover evenings and weekends.
• Provide patient-centered care and counseling.
• Coordinate shipping and delivery preferences for patients.
• Ensure compliance with College of Pharmacy regulations.
• Oversee inventory management and purchasing.
• Collaborate with team to drive improvements.
