Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customers approaching the Pharmacy; provide counselling on prescriptions and products.
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality and consent management are met.
• Dispense medications and ensure accuracy of prescriptions.
• Communicate with health care professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain records per legislation and SOPs.
• Oversee dispensary access, stock, and inventory workflows.
• Review stock, will-call bins, and expired inventory.
• Ensure drug control documentation and reporting as required.
• Keep pharmacy areas presentable and aligned with brand image.
• Participate in financial reporting and respond to store communications.
