Job summary

Sobeys Inc. is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our national pharmacy team. You will deliver patient-centered care, uphold professional standards, and participate in program launches across banners.

This role emphasizes teamwork, quality service, and strong community impact. Ideal candidates hold a PharmD/BSc in Pharmacy, maintain active licensure, and bring 2+ years of practice. Injection/First Aid certs are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Must be a licensed pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility.
Injection and First Aid certification.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
Kroll software experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Exceed customer expectations by building strong relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
Execute pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards, drive sales, control labor, and manage shrinkage.
Act in the patient’s best interest by implementing and supporting patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs.
Inspire a positive, patient-focused culture and experience, ensuring product availability and KPI achievement.
Be an ambassador for company values and foster an inclusive environment in the pharmacy.
Manage selection, onboarding, training, development, performance management, and succession planning processes.
