Qualifications

• PharmD or PharmD degree required.
• Active license in good standing with provincial body.
• Injection certification and CPR/First Aid required.
• Strong leadership with community-focused mindset.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, workflow and inventory.
• Provide clinical counseling and medication management.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a small team of technicians and assistants.
• Ensure compliance with provincial college standards and pharmacy legislation.
• Manage services such as injections, prescribing (where applicable), compounding and packaging.
