Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Store Operator/Pharmacy Manager for Pharmasave University Park in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will lead the pharmacy team, oversee operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide high-quality patient care in a busy retail setting.

The role emphasizes staff development, collaboration with Front Store, and driving performance through KPIs while supporting growth and ensuring patient safety and service excellence in the community.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
