Qualifications

• Pharmacist with leadership experience in a community pharmacy.
• Strong patient-centred care and effective communication.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Galloway’s Pharmacy.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Provide medication counselling and clinical services.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and collaborate with local providers.
• Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff.
• Manage workflow, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Support vaccination and expanded-scope services as authorized.
