You will oversee daily operations, dispense safely, provide counselling and reviews, and collaborate with local healthcare professionals while leading a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
• Current registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP).
• Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
• Dispense prescriptions accurately and safely.
• Provide medication counselling and reviews, plus clinical pharmacy services.
• Develop lasting relationships with patients and provide personalized care.
• Collaborate with local physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff.
• Manage workflow, inventory, ordering, and operations.
• Ensure compliance with Saskatchewan legislation and professional standards.
• Participate in vaccinations and expanded-scope services as authorized.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and quality of care.
• Identify opportunities to enhance services for the community.
