Job summary

Save-On-Foods is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Regina East location in Regina, SK. You will oversee daily dispensary operations, engage in clinical duties, and coordinate with health care teams to support community health.

The role requires a Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing, at least 1 year of pharmacist experience, injection certification, and familiarity with opioid treatment procedures. Competitive benefits and ongoing professional development await.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, receiving, packaging and storage of drugs.
• Conduct drug use evaluations, medication reviews and counseling.
• Collaborate with health care professionals and community partners.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, training and team performance.
• Develop and implement growth strategies and ensure compliance with SOPs.

We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our Regina East location in Regina, SK.

You will be responsible for: Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals. Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations. Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners. Inventory management. Team member scheduling, training, and management. Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs. Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans. Enforcing policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drugs distribution. Completing all licensee tasks as dictated by the College of Pharmacy in your province. Following and enforcing Save-On-Foods’ SOPs. Communicating with your Regional Pharmacy Manager to optimize efficiencies and workflow.

You Have:

• A Canadian Pharmacist license and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
• Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.
• Fluent with Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance procedures.
• Your Injection Certification.
