Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager for Janzen's Pharmacy - The Link on Lille St. in Thunder Bay, Ontario. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

The role emphasizes people leadership, policy implementation, and collaboration with healthcare colleagues to optimize services and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)

Compensation listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate experience.
