Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Fournier Pharmacy in Grande Cache, AB. The role leads the pharmacy team, ensures regulatory compliance, and oversees dispensing, inventory, and clinical care to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, manage staff performance, and drive process improvements while supporting labor and expense targets. A strong license in good standing and injection certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Alberta College of Pharmacist.
• Injection certification is required.
• APA designation is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.

• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
