Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager for Janzen's Pharmacy - The Link on Lille St. in Thunder Bay, ON.

You will lead the pharmacy team and oversee operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, and high-quality patient care. You will manage staffing, provide performance reviews, support recruitment and development, and collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset to thrive in a team.

Responsibilities

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Janzen's Pharmacy - The Link on Lille St. in Thunder Bay, ON.

Compensation listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate experience.

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)

Qualifications:
