Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Tellier Guardian Pharmacy in Bonnyville, AB. Lead the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective operations. Responsibilities include staff coaching, performance reviews, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and driving process improvements.

Qualificações

• Injection certification and APA are required

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Manage P&L and achieve key targets (labor, inventory, expenses).

• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)

Qualifications
