Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to join Pharmasave Sidney in Sidney, British Columbia. This leadership role will oversee all pharmacy operations, champion patient-focused care, and drive clinical services within a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory and P&L targets, and partner with the Front Store team to expand service offerings. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• OAT certified.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seek out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control).
