Neighbourly Pharmacy Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Pharmasave Burns Lake in Burns Lake, British Columbia. This leadership position oversees pharmacy operations, patient care, staff development, and regulatory compliance in a fast‑growing Canadian network.

You will lead a team, manage P&L, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and drive ongoing process improvements while ensuring high standards of patient safety and service delivery across the site.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seek out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (Labor, Inventory, Expense control).
