Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is Canada’s largest and fastest growing network of community pharmacies. We are seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager to lead the Pharmasave location in Keremeos, BC, ensuring exceptional patient care and regulatory compliance.

As a leader, you will oversee dispensing, per-sonnel, and operations while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the BC College of Pharmacists.
• Injection certification is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)
