Job summary

Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Manager for Peachland Pharmacy in Peachland, BC. Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient care while overseeing dispensing, inventory, compounding, and clinical services in a compliant environment.

You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, drive process improvements, manage staffing and performance, and contribute to P&L and operational targets. A strong BC pharmacist license, injection and OAT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with BC College of Pharmacists.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with team-oriented leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, dispensing, inventory, compounding, clinical care and patient counseling.
• Liaise with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible patient care.
• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seeks out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (Labor, Inventory, Expense control).
