Job description

Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Pharmacist to join our team at Pharmasave in Grand Forks, BC. Store hours: Monday to Friday 8am‑6pm, Saturday 9am‑5pm & Sunday 10am‑3pm (flexible availability).

Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
  • Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
  • Administer vaccines and immunizations.
  • Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
  • Counsel patients on prescriptions, over‑the‑counter products, and health‑related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
  • Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Assist with daily pharmacy operations and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Licensed and in good standing with the British Columbia College of Pharmacists.
  • Injection certification and OAT training is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
