Job summary

Pattison Food Group seeks a Pharmacy Manager for our Langley Downtown location, leading pharmacy operations and patient-centered care in a busy community setting.

You will supervise dispensing, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with healthcare partners while driving service excellence and growth. BC-licensed pharmacists with a year of experience and relevant training are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Licensed Canadian pharmacist in good standing.
• BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training completed.
• OAT-CAMPP certification completed.
• Injection certification.
• Minimum 1 year pharmacist experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs.
• Provide clinical services including drug use evaluation, medication reviews, and counseling.
• Collaborate with health care professionals and community partners.
• Manage inventory and team scheduling, training and supervision.
• Identify business strengths and patient needs; develop and implement growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and best practice protocols; practice at full scope.

We are hiring for a Pharmacy Manager at our Langley-Downtown location in Langley BC.

You will be responsible for:

• Day-to-day Pharmacy Dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
• Clinical responsibilities including but not limited to drug use evaluation, medication reviews, adaptations, injection administration, prescription and non-prescription counseling and recommendations.
• Collaborating with other Health care professionals and Community partners.
• Inventory management.
• Team member scheduling, training, and management.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and patient needs.
• Developing and implementation of business growth strategies and plans.
• Ensuring implementation and adherence to policies and best practice protocols relating to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
• Practicing at full scope.

You Have:

• A Canadian Pharmacist and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
• Completed the mandatory BC Community Pharmacy Manager Training Program (BC only).
• Completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment Compliance and Management Program (OAT-CAMPP).
• Your Injection Certification.
• Minimum 1 year Pharmacist experience.

Compensation Details:

$56.00 - $85.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
