Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Sidney, BC, is hiring a Pharmacist to join our community-focused team. You will manage daily pharmacy operations, provide vaccinations, and offer clinical services while maintaining patient-centred care and high standards of practice.

You will hold a Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing, with injection certification and experience with pharmacy software (Kroll preferred). We value OAT experience and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Canadian Pharmacist licence in good standing.
• Injection certification.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with OAT and completed required training.
• Ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge.
• Additional training or certifications are assets.

We are hiring for a Pharmacist at our location in Sidney, BC.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
• Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.
• Ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Remaining current on latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
• Offering private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
• Providing clinical services including medication management and health screening.

Qualifications

• A Canadian Pharmacist licence and are in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
• Your injection certification.
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
• Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
• The ability to assess, plan and apply clinical knowledge when required.
• Additional training or certifications (considered an asset).

Compensation Details

$57.00 - $60.00. The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
