Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for Rages Pharmacy in Penticton, BC. Lead a dedicated pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

You will oversee dispensing, inventory, clinical services, and collaboration with healthcare professionals, with a focus on continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in good standing with BC College of Pharmacists.
• OAT and Injection certification required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative mindset with ability to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Maintain effective communication, scheduling, team direction and implement new/updated policies and procedures.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support with recruitment, training and development.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure labor policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care and service offerings.
• Actively seek out new and innovative ways to improve processes.
• Manage P&L statements and achieve key operational targets (including but not limited to Labor, Inventory, Expense control)

Store hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm
