Responsibilities

• Pharmacy and Customer Service: Acknowledge all customers approaching the Pharmacy; provide counselling on prescriptions and products; ensure privacy requirements are met; communicate with other health care professionals; maintain records.
• Workflow And Inventory Management: Oversee inventory, stock levels, and ordering; maintain workflow queues; ensure compliance for controlled substances reporting.
• Operations: Manage store communications, assist with financial reports, and ensure professional store image; handle incident reports when issues occur.
