Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Leader to manage the pharmacy on duty, provide patient and provider consultations, and ensure dispersion of medications in full compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy and Customer Service: Provide counselling on prescriptions and products, ensure privacy and confidentiality, dispense medication accurately.
• Workflow and Inventory Management: Oversee stock and inventory, review queues and will-call bins, manage documentation and regulatory reporting.
• Operations: Maintain store image in dispensary areas, participate in financial reporting, act on store communications, and file incident reports when needed.
