Responsibilities

• Provide counselling on prescriptions and OTC products to customers.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality; comply with regulations.
• Dispense medications accurately and ensure appropriateness.
• Communicate with health care professionals within the care circle.
• Maintain required records per legislation and SOPs.
• Control access to the dispensary and manage inventory queues.
• Review stock, will-call bins and expirations daily.
• Oversee stock levels and wholesaler orders; document controls.
• Support store operations and participate in financial reporting.
