Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a pharmacist to manage the Pharmacy on duty, provide patient and provider consultations, and dispense medications within full scope of professional services. The role emphasizes privacy, regulatory compliance, and maintaining dispensary operations.

You will oversee inventory, workflow, and documentation, while upholding Health Canada and provincial requirements and contributing to patient care and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy and Customer Service: Counsel customers and health care providers, ensure privacy and consent management, dispense medications, and maintain records.
• Workflow and Inventory Management: Manage dispensary access, review workflow queues, monitor stock levels and supplier orders, and ensure regulatory reporting.
• Operations: Maintain store image at entry/pickup areas and participate in financial reporting and communications.
