Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a Care Concierge to support Pharmacy Care Clinic services and improve workflow. You will greet and check-in patients, promote the PC Health app, and coordinate with pharmacists to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities include verifying health card details, registering patient profiles, and assisting with paperwork while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail pharmacy or medical clinic setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact positively with patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.
• Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
