• Promote the PC Health app to patients and coordinate with pharmacists.
• Set patient expectations for process and wait times.
• Assist patients in navigating the space and completing paperwork.
• Adhere to confidentiality, privacy requirements and store policies.
• Drive uptake of PC Health App with customers and patients.
• Manage appointments and ensure proper scheduling in the internal system.
