• Excellent customer service and communication with patients.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive experience for patients accessing clinic services.
• Facilitate patient intake by verifying health card details and forms.
• Raise awareness of clinic services to patients.
• Set patient expectations for process and wait times.
• Help patients navigate the space and services.
• Assist pharmacist and patients with paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy requirements.
• Drive uptake of PC Health App with patients.
• Manage patient appointments using the internal booking scheduler.
• Process payments for pharmacy services where applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems.
• Complete start-of-day and end-of-day checklists.
