Save-On-Foods Langley Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacy Assistant at our Langley, BC location. Join a community-focused team delivering quality, patient-centered care and helping customers manage their health.

You will handle prescriptions, input data, manage stock, and support the pharmacist with billing and allergy information. The ideal candidate has an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 2 years dispensary experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or have 2 years dispensary experience.
• Strong work ethic and "let's get it done" attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Kroll computer experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receiving written prescriptions and refill requests.
• Inputting all patient and prescription information into the computer.
• Performing all tasks related to ordering, receiving, and returning stock, expiry date checks, balance owing and inventory corrections.
• Adhering to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies.
• Communicating allergy interaction and relevant billing information to the pharmacist.

Compensation Details:

$19.00 - $23.00 The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
