The role covers privacy, documentation, and collaboration with the broader health care circle to ensure safe, accurate patient care. Responsibilities span pharmacy operations, workflow and inventory management, and maintaining a compliant, customer‑focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy and Customer Service: Acknowledge customers, counsel on prescriptions and OTC products, and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
• Workflow and Inventory Management: Manage dispensary access, review queues, stock and will-call areas, and supplier orders.
• Operations: Maintain a professional image of the pharmacy, participate in financial reporting and store communications, and document incidents.
