Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations on duty, provide consultation to customers and health care providers, and dispense medications while maintaining privacy and regulatory compliance.

The role covers counselling on prescriptions, behind-the-counter products, and use of expanded professional services within scope. You will work to ensure accuracy, safety, and strong patient care, while collaborating with the care circle in a Canadian community setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide counselling on prescriptions and OTC products.
• Dispense medications accurately and in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality with patient records.
• Communicate with health care professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain records as required by legislation and policy.
• Ensure dispensary workflow and inventory management are compliant.
