Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in pharmaceutical advertising or medical communications.
• Expertise in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Proven ability to onboard and train others at Associate level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Able to think on your feet and resolve issues with minimal direction.
• Adaptability and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan with Account to deliver innovative solutions across channels.
• Create and manage project workplans with defined requirements and success metrics.
• Develop risk mitigation plans for projects with potential uncertainties.
• Collaborate with functional leads to evolve service delivery processes.
• Manage execution and monitor quality, SOPs, and status updates.
• Identify scope changes and alert Account when client follow-up is needed.
• Maintain clear client communications and escalate as needed.
• Support financial objectives during budget discussions and reconciliations.
• Monitor staffing and expenditures to stay in line with estimates.
