Job summary

BGBx is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead client projects from inception to delivery within our pharmaceutical and life sciences practice. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure high-quality outcomes across accounts.

This role requires at least four years of project management experience in pharma advertising or medical education, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, plus familiarity with regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education.
• Experience with pharma regulatory processes in medical marketing.
• Strong leadership and risk mitigation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project lifecycle to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with account teams for client sign-offs on plans.
• Forecast and plan resources; manage capacity across accounts.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; develop solutions.
• Ensure QA standards and best practices are followed across projects.
