Bora Bora Pharmaceuticals in Mississauga is seeking a permanent full-time Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects across development and manufacturing. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure GMP compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor of Science and 3+ years pharma experience, plus PMP certification. You will host client visits, prepare proposals and lead project teams to meet milestones while

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years pharma experience across development to commercial manufacturing.
• Ability to lead meetings and communicate with project teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of cGMP and global regulatory standards.
• Detail oriented and capable of managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget and timelines; may supervise Project Coordinators.
• Be main contact with external clients and site teams for projects.
• Host client visits and prepare proposals and plans.
• Chair client/Bora meetings and ensure clear communication to clients.
• Identify and obtain appropriate project resources.
• Monitor and report progress to stakeholders and clients on site.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet deliverables and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
• Develop new business proposals for clients.
