Job summary

BGBx in Hamilton, Canada is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee client projects from initiation to close. You will drive timelines, budgets, and quality, coordinating diverse teams of strategists, scientists, and researchers to deliver impactful pharmaceutical and life science communications.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years PM experience in pharma advertising or medical education, excellent communication, and strong risk management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical advertising or medical education.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and project coordinators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with pharma regulatory processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understands the scope of work and project plan for assigned accounts.
• Facilitates interdepartmental negotiation to align resources and timelines.
• Monitors projects to ensure on-schedule delivery within scope.
• Prepares for all legal and regulatory submissions.
• Forecasts and plans future resources with department leads.
• Acts as a hub of project information and maintains brand knowledge.
