Job summary

Teva Canada is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing and packaging operations across day, afternoon, and night shifts in a highly regulated environment. You will oversee daily production activities, ensure GMP compliance, and drive operational excellence while building high‑performing teams.

You will translate business priorities into team objectives, review documentation in ERP systems, and coach staff to sustain quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in GMP-regulated production/manufacturing environments.
• Experience supervising teams in pharmaceutical or regulated settings.
• Strong GMP, quality records, and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production staff to execute manufacturing and packaging schedules.
• Translate business priorities into daily team objectives and assignments.
• Review production documentation and maintain data integrity in ERP systems.
• Ensure activities comply with GMP, SOPs, and training requirements.
