Job summary

Teva Canada is seeking an experienced Manager, Quality Assurance to lead QA activities supporting packaging operations and facility quality systems. You will ensure GMP/cGMP compliance, maintain product quality, and drive continuous improvement across quality operations.

You will guide QA teams, provide technical expertise, support regulatory compliance, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to uphold the highest quality standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science-related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Assurance, Technical Services, and/or Production in pharma.
• Experience leading teams is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/cGMP and pharma quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA oversight for packaging operations and facility-related quality activities.
• Lead investigations related to packaging components, raw materials, bulk products, finished products, analytical and stability failures.
• Ensure CAPAs are effectively implemented and tracked.
• Manage customer, healthcare professional, and regulatory product complaints with timely investigations.
• Oversee product release activities and packaging batch documentation review.
• Serve as QA Ecosystem Lead for quality systems and learning infrastructure.
• Provide guidance on quality procedures to Production, Quality, and Compliance teams.
• Support validation, change controls, environmental monitoring, and audit readiness.
