Job summary

Teva Canada is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing and packaging operations at the Stouffville site. You will oversee daily production activities, ensure GMP and safety standards, and drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across functions.

The role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and hands-on experience with ERP systems and regulated production environments. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Production, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or GMP-regulated environment.
• Experience supervising or leading teams in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct production staff to execute manufacturing and packaging schedules.
• Ensure GMP compliance, approved procedures, and production records.
• Coach, mentor, and develop employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain OHSA/WHMIS safety standards and incident investigations.
• Identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement and lead Lean initiatives.
