Clearview Co-op in Steinbach, MB, is hiring a Senior Manager, Petroleum & Agro Operations to lead the Petroleum and Agro divisions from the Administration Office. You will drive sales, margins, expenses, and inventory while executing strategies to support the co-op’s mission and growth.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B sales with leadership experience, plus a degree in a related field. Strong customer service and team development skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in B2B sales.
• 5 years in leading technical or professional staff.
• Experience in bulk petroleum and agronomy is an asset.
• Ability to maximize operational efficiency through controlling costs and increasing sales and margin.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in setting strategic plans and objectives.
• Lead Agro Center and bulk petroleum teams.
• Oversee pricing for commercial and Agro fuel.
• Develop training plans for staff and recruit direct reports.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets and financial plans.
