Job summary

Clearview Co-op in South Junction, Manitoba, is seeking a Store Manager to lead our location and deliver exceptional service to our members and customers. The role covers day-to-day operations, brand presentation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.

You will supervise a small team, manage staffing and scheduling, train staff in customer service and product knowledge, and drive sales, margin, and inventory control while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a retail environment, and 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• Passion for great customer service.
• Exceptional team player with ability to build relationships across teams.
• Willingness to complete required certifications and flexible shifts.

Clearview Co-op is hiring a Store Manager to lead our location in South Junction, Manitoba, to deliver exceptional service to our members and customers. Located approximately one hour south of Steinbach, this unique business unit includes self-serve fuel, a convenience store featuring hot food offerings, and an on-site motel.

Due to the location, room and board accommodation may be available for the successful candidate.

What you'll do:
