Job summary

Wild Rose Co-operative Association Ltd. in Killam, AB, is seeking a detail oriented customer service expert to join our Bulk team. You will provide courteous service, enter data, handle orders, and manage inventory to support our operations.

The role reports to the Petroleum Manager and requires physical fitness for lifting up to 50 lbs. A Business diploma and 2+ years in retail or customer service are preferred, with solid math skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Business or related field.
• 2+ years retail experience and 2+ years customer service experience.
• Strong mathematical and accounting aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with good, efficient, courteous service.
• Data entry and order processing.
• Receiving orders, inventory management and stock checks.
• Flag invoices for accounts payable and reconcile deliveries.

What you’ll do:

• Providing customers with good, efficient, courteous service
• Data entry
• Receiving orders and inventory management
• Flagging invoices for accounts payable
• Reconcile bulk petroleum deliveries
• Take delivery orders
• Interacting with Live Dispatch app
• Taking customer payments
• Cash reconciliation duties as required
• Inventory stocking and taking inventory
• Complete training and certifications
• Have product knowledge and sales skills
• Other duties as assigned

This position will report to the Petroleum Manager. This position will require lifting up to 50 lbs and being physically fit.

Who you are:

• The ideal candidate would have a diploma or certificate in Business or something similar
• You are proficient with Microsoft 365 suite of programs
• Knowledge of JD Edwards would be an asset
• You have 2+ years retail experience
• You have 2+ years customer service experience
• You possess strong mathematical and general Accounting skills
