Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service and retail store management.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growth in pet care industry.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Working knowledge of POS system.
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs repetitively.
• Industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer service standards are met by staff.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and coach store team.
• Adhere to corporate standards and procedures.
• Coordinate orders, inventory, audits, and store repairs as needed.
• Drive store performance and achieve targeted results.
• Perform other duties as required.
