Job summary

Pet Valu in Pickering, Ontario is hiring a Keyholder to support store operations and customer service. You will assist with cashiering, stock, merchandising and daily banking while upholding safety and core beliefs.

We offer staff discounts, retail training, and flexible scheduling. Candidates should have at least 2 years of retail or customer service experience and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
• Working knowledge of POS system and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Cashier and customer sales.
• Preparing merchandise orders and stock replenishment.
• Help with banking and store paperwork.
• Stock merchandise and merchandise displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and general maintenance.
• Open/close procedures and daily targets.
