Home Instead is hiring a Personal Support Worker (PSW) to deliver one-on-one home care across Lindsay and Kawartha Lakes communities. You’ll focus on client’s independence, comfort, and safety in their own homes.

Role emphasizes compassionate, professional care with consistent hours, paid training, and mileage reimbursement. This position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license (G2/G) and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
