Job summary

Home Instead in Lindsay & Kawartha Lakes, ON is hiring Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors in Lindsay and surrounding Kawartha Lakes communities. This role offers consistent hours with flexible scheduling, local client assignments, and the chance to build meaningful relationships while supporting independence at home.

Shifts include days, evenings, overnights and weekends, with competitive pay of $20.00–$23.00 per hour plus bonus opportunities; mileage

Qualifications

• PSW certificate required.
• Valid driver’s licence (G2/G) and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional approach.
• Ability to work independently in clients’ homes.
