Home Instead is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our caring team in Lindsay, Ontario, offering flexible daytime and overnight shifts, plus part-time and full-time roles. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe home environment while supporting clients and their families.

We offer paid training, on-call support, and opportunities for career growth. A genuine desire to help seniors and build trusted relationships is essential.

Qualificações

• Drivers license (Ontario) and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Caregiving experience is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, dressing, and meal prep.
• Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver

• Providing companionship and emotional support through conversation and engagement.
• Assisting with daily living and personal care needs like personal hygiene, dressing, and meal prep.
• Offering medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.
• Supporting a clean and safe home environment with light housekeeping tasks.
• Providing transportation or running errands, including appointments and grocery trips.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Ontario driver’s license (G2/G) and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
• A genuine heart for caregiving and a willingness to grow.
